On new installations, where equipment is made available, TCi can carry out much of the configuration prior to installation off site. This serves to minimise any potential delay or disruption and optimise time on site. Where required and practical, TCi will carry out configuration on site working in sympathy with end user operational staff. Where this is not possible ‘out of hours’ configuration is available.
